SMOOTHE BOWL INGREDIENTS
• 1 Tbs of spirulina
• 1 Tbs of chia seeds
• 1 Tbs of coconut flakes
• 1 Tbs of coconut oil
• 2 Tbs of grounded flaxseed
• 4 Tbs of protein power
• Half cut of water or milk ( I use homemade soya or rice&coconut milk)
Mix all ingredients together in the bolw and leave it in the fridge over the night. Then blend the mass in smoothie maker (maybe bit more or water needed) and put any Keto topping you like!
